A hybrid 6 week course designed to prepare you for birth & early postpartum

Topics including:

  • Pregnancy and Prenatal Tips

  • Stages of Labor

  • Pain management options

  • Understanding birth preferences

  • Advocacy

  • Postpartum Preparation

This 6 week course will include 5 sessions that you can attend from the comfort of your home and 1 live, hands-on educational session that focuses on different techniques and positions that can be used during labor.

 

**Please note that in-person sessions will take place in the Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital (in the Houston Med Center).**
